I just found My Agent Book. Hope you don't HAVE to be a realtor to be here. I work with realtors and know so many and talk the talk 24/7. I should be one! Actually, I even took the class and passed, and then too lazy to go take the state test. I sure need to!

I work for David O'Connell who is a developer/agent in Myrtle Beach, and do about 12 websites for him. My main focus is search engine optimization, and I have so many websites in my network that I can usually manage to do well with linking and such. I own my own company and work out of my home, even though I mostly work for David. Occasionally if I have time I'll take on a smallish real estate site to add to the network. So if you are interested, contact me. I really don't have the time or energy to try and do this for some place like Las Vegas or Miami...but small towns are a snap, and I enjoy doing them. I'm kind of expensive...but if you're a real estate agent, you can either pay for pay-per-click ads FOREVER, or have your site done correctly by an SEO person once.

That's not to say that it's not an ongoing task to stay in the rankings. Content and blogs and such are a requirement. But the agents who do it right and learn end up enjoying working on their websites and marketing so much they hire other agents to sell and do that instead. And the money they make doing that is nothing small, believe me.
