I am now self-employed once again, and working on sites for a client selling Greenville SC homes, and Flower Mound Texas real estate. No longer working for anyone in Myrtle Beach, although I've got a few sites of my own that I'm tossing around.
The summer is coming to a close here and the crowds have already thinned out. Our real estate market picked up a bit during the tourist season. I hope that continues. There are just an amazing amount of deals to be had with Myrtle Beach real estate right now. Foreclosures are happening everywhere. Banks are allowing for short-sales that I never would have believed possible. My brother in law just picked up a 2 bedroom condo at Baywatch Resort in North Myrtle Beach for $258,000. The bank loan on it was for $400,000. Imagine that!
If you've ever considered buying vacation beach property, now is the time to do it. They are being snatched up as fast as they become available due to the low prices.
